This shipping and returns policy applies only to items purchased from our online store. Custom or special orders are excluded*.
All orders will be insured and shipped via Fed-Ex from Bali at international shipping rates. The minimum shipping charge for orders sent to the United States is $37.00. We do not pay for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred by your local government. Please check with your local customs department for more information. Currently silver jewelry from Indonesia imported into the United States is duty free.

Answer : Most orders are received by the customer within 2 weeks.
Returns
Question: What is your returns policy?
Answer: We guarantee 100% satisfaction and will accept returns on any merchandise a customer is unsatisfied with for any reason within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returned merchandise can be exchanged, or the payment refunded. The amount exchanged or refunded will be the amount originally paid for the merchandise only. Shipping charges or other non-product related charges will not be refunded.
